Appeal for witnesses following burglary in the Brookwell Close area

Officers investigating a burglary in Chippenham need your help.

Did you witness any suspicious activity in the Brookwell Close area overnight on July 21?

An address in the street was broken into and numerous items were stolen including sentimental items of jewellery, photo album and bank cards.

The offender has then used the cards to withdraw approximately £500 at town centre cash points.

Extensive enquiries have been carried out and a man in his 40s has since been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
